Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
1. Scope and Controller
This Privacy Policy explains how 44pixels Limited ("44pixels", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit Dreamcatcher, request access, create an account, join an organization, use the platform, contact us, or interact with our billing and support workflows.
For most account and product data, 44pixels is the controller. For some customer content processed on behalf of an organization, the organization may be the controller and 44pixels may act as its processor or service provider, depending on the agreement and applicable law.
2. Information You Provide
We collect information you provide when you request access, create an account, configure an organization, invite members, set up billing, connect integrations, contact support, or use Dreamcatcher. This may include your name, email address, organization name, role, profile image, company details, billing contact details, support messages, waitlist answers, and communications with us.
We also process customer content that you or your organization submits to or creates through Dreamcatcher, such as prompts, briefs, product information, brand materials, competitor ads, images, videos, audio, references, workflow inputs, workflow outputs, comments, metadata, and generated assets.
3. Technical, Usage, and Device Data
We automatically collect technical and usage data such as IP address, approximate location derived from network signals, browser and device details, operating system, referring URLs, authentication events, organization and membership events, feature usage, canvas and workflow events, generation metadata, credit usage, error logs, performance data, and security logs.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
Dreamcatcher uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, product analytics, debugging, and service operation. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling some technologies may prevent the app from working properly.
5. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve Dreamcatcher, manage waitlist and beta access, authenticate users, administer organizations, run AI generation workflows, meter credits and costs, process billing, show billing history, provide customer support, send service and security notices, debug issues, prevent fraud and abuse, protect the platform, enforce our terms, comply with law, and understand how teams use the product.
Where UK, EU, or similar privacy laws apply, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, legal obligations, and protection of rights, safety, and security.
6. AI Processing and Customer Content
Dreamcatcher uses AI and media providers to analyze inputs, generate outputs, transform assets, transcribe or synthesize media, and run creative workflows. Depending on the feature, relevant prompts, files, references, metadata, and outputs may be sent to providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Runware, Google, and other model or infrastructure providers we add.
We do not sell customer content. We do not use your organization's customer content to train a public Dreamcatcher model unless we obtain permission or a separate agreement allows it. Third-party AI providers may process inputs and outputs under their own terms and data-processing commitments; we choose business or API products and settings intended for commercial customer workflows where available.
7. Billing and Stripe
Stripe processes payment details, subscriptions, invoices, top-ups, refunds, payment status, fraud checks, tax information, and customer portal sessions. We store Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, price IDs, checkout session IDs, invoice IDs, payment status, plan, tier, credit grants, and billing history needed to operate Dreamcatcher. We do not intentionally store full card numbers on Dreamcatcher servers.
When you open Stripe Checkout or the Stripe Customer Portal, Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to its hosted billing experience.
8. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run Dreamcatcher, with members of your organization, through integrations you enable, with professional advisers, in response to legal requests, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.
Service providers may include hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, billing, email, error monitoring, AI model, media generation, transcription, customer support, security, and data warehouse providers.
9. International Transfers
Dreamcatcher and its providers may process information in the United Kingdom, United States, European Economic Area, and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards such as contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
10. Retention
We retain account, organization, billing, generated content, logs, usage, and support data for as long as needed to provide Dreamcatcher, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and support security and audit needs. Retention periods may vary by data type, plan, organization settings, backup requirements, and legal context.
You may ask us to delete or export data, subject to identity verification, organization authority, legal obligations, backups, security needs, and technical limits.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, logging, provider controls, and secure hosting practices. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your account, organization membership, service accounts, API credentials, connected integrations, and devices.
12. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can also manage billing details, payment methods, invoices, and subscriptions through Stripe's hosted customer portal where available.
To exercise privacy rights, contact privacy@44pixels.ai. We may need to verify your identity and confirm your authority for organization data before acting on a request.
13. Children
Dreamcatcher is not intended for children under 13 or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
14. Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as our product, providers, or practices change. We will post the updated policy and revise the date above. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to privacy@44pixels.ai.
